Discover All the Paths You Can Follow with the St. Clair Advertising Program!

The instruction for this task is missing a lot of information that affects the process behind creating the headline. It does not give us an idea on what the article will be about other than that it is about the SCC Advertising Program targeted to local graduating high school students. It would help a lot if we had an idea if it was about all of the different paths that can be followed, or if it is about the employment rate, or all of the competitions the program has won. It also does not mention the platform this article will be on, which affects the  language that will be used.

I created this headline based on high school graduating students’ interests. I decided to do that so it resonates with them better. A lot of high school students are not sure what they want to do for college, so they may click to find out more about all of the different paths that exist in advertising. I went for a universal headline that can interest all kinds of students, those who are completely lost, those who have an interest in business, those who like advertising and want to find out more about all of the fields in it. To increase the chances of them opening it, I include the power word “Discover” which also causes interest, and made sure it is straight to the point.
